Only two sessions remain in this month's Womens' Fitness Bootcamp - and I have to say, I'm impressed! The whole group has made great strides in strength, conditioning, and overall fitness! I love hearing that you accomplished a goal, whether it's 12 pushups, or having the ability to run a hill. It's great, and I'm proud of you all!
Next session brings some schedule challenges, as many of you vacation in July. I am, however, adding additional sessions in order to make it easier to get your workouts in each week. Here's the proposed schedule for the July session, beginning July 7:
M/W/F, sessions are offered at 6:15AM, 9:15AM, and 6:15PM
T/Th/Sa, sessions are offered at 6:15 and 7:15AM
If none of the times works for you, do let me know. If you have a group of 5 or more, I will seriously consider adding a session, either at a new time, or just closer to you. As always, if you register for one session, you can attend up to 4 sessions - at any time or day. (other camps will charge you more if you want to come to more - I'd rather reward you for your commitment!)
Two final things; first, anyone who registered at $249 for the first session (which only happens if you referred two friends) is locked in at that price for any future sessions - no increase! If you registered at $275 for referring one friend, again, that's still your price, unless you refer another friend, in which case I'll drop the price to $249.
